Q: QuestionWould it work with my MacBook Pro?I have a 17" Late 2011 MacBook Pro with 8 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon HD 6770M 1024 MB video card. Would I be able to use this monitor with its best resolution with my Mac? Thanks!

• A:Answer This should work fine with Mac computers as long as your laptop support either DVI, VGA or HDMI connectors and it supports the monitor's native/max. resolution: 2560 x 1440 (in DVI or HDMI) or 1920 x 1080 (in VGA).

Q: QuestionWill this work at max resolution with a late-2013 Macbook Pro 15 Retina?Reason I ask is that my new MBP did not work with a similar HP monitor and I was ultimately told that there was something "different" in the new MBPs with Mavericks that made them not work with all monitors. The HP monitor worked great with my 2007 MBP and with my MacPro, but not the new late-2013 MBP. I don't want to buy another monitor and have to return it. I have not been able to find anywhere online where anyone explicitly states that their new late-2013 MBP works with this monitor.

Q: QuestionWhich version of the Monitor is it?There are two versions of this monitor. The old one with the pls panel and the new one with the ahva panel. The new one has buttons like the picture.
