• depends on the game but yes. If you want 4k with at least 60fps or higher at ultra settings with no lag or fps loss/dips then yea a second GTX 1080 was probably a good buy. You pretty much future proofed your PC for at least 6 years. So I say as long as you didnt break the bank it was a good buy if you ask me and I would if I could. I have a single EVGA GTX 1070 SC.
