I had same issue. No one could figure it out. I means no one , not gig squad , not my internet provider and not ASUS. Turns out I went to my network settings and removed this Asus network name from the wireless list and upon rebooting PC the Network name was there as before but now if finally asked for my password and all was well. Set up does something to cause this confusion .. I also did not know you should give different names to the 2.4 and the 5 hz in your GUI set up of ASUS Modem > Go to the GUI and you can change them if you gave same names.. Hope this helps..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As you look at the router from the front, (flashing lights facing you) look on the right side of the router. There are two buttons labeled 'Wi-Fi on/off' and 'WPS'. Are they set correctly?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's possible that you need to log into the http://router.asus.com to set up your router completely with a username and password and whether you want it secured or open.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn everything off. Turn the router first and plug in the modem. When it's fully on, turn on the modem.
