Unfortunately, you can't recover a lost or forgotten password. Your only option is to restore factory defaults using the reset button (see manual on the procedure). You will lose all personalized settings in the process. Hopefully you backed up your configuration because this model allows you to save it and restore it in situations like this. I recommend you do that the next time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you didn't write down the username or password that you changed it to, then you will need to do a factory reset. ASUS does not provide any other method to retrieve your forgotten account info if you changed it from factory defaults.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a reset button on the unit push it, it will set it back to factory specs and you will need to do setup again. Look up the unit on website for the reset location and directions on reset or setup. I have a notebook I keep all user name and passwords so I have a hard copy, even send myself an email and save it on server so I can access it later. Just don't name it password info or whatever incase account is compromised.
