A:AnswerNot sure about Bluetooth, but a wireless keyboard and mouse can be used as I am doing that now to type this message. My keyboard is a wireless Fellowes model that is at least 5 years old and the mouse is a Logitech a couple of years old. They both work fine.
A:AnswerYou really need to measure the PSU based on the card you want to plug into it. No great answer here. Decide on the card you want to buy and see what it takes. My guess is that if the Graphics card has any power you will probably need to upgrade the PSU to at least something more in the 500 watt range.
A:AnswerThat will depend of what you want to do with it, but in my personal opinion the 8GB RAM are just enough even for gaming, so I'll go for the graphics if you are in to gaming or a SSD for data storage; but as I said it will all depend in your needs.
