• Yes. It's running Windows 10 flawlessly. I've upgraded 4 different computers to date and did the upgrade from the outset when the Asus M32BF-B03 A10 unit was originally setup. It's now the fastest and strongest performer in the household. It's also rock-solid thus far, with no signs of issues your question asks about.

• Yes, it upgraded to 10 for me and works fine. But I added a hard drive and dual boot Linux Mint 17.2 which I highly prefer over Windows which is spyware...
