“What internal fan size works with this desktop? I am measuring 112mm but that doesn't seem right? I am guessing 90mm? Sorry I'm a computer novice and trying to do some upgrading.”

I bought a 90mm ultra quiet fan and it bolted right in.

If you talking about a case/chassis fan is a 92/ 90 mm, witch you have the option to put in the front or back.
