Slow delivery(3 weeks), missing cable, keyboard, and mouse in box. PC case was damaged. Really bad customer service.

Very pleased. Close-out pricing made this an excellent buy. Passmark (tm) performance rating out of the box at 2678 (66th percentile). Graphics and disc (at about 50 percentile) were limiting factors. Very fast and quiet. Only issue is warranty-sealed case prevents adding auxiliary drives (unless you are willing to void the warranty).

Nice desktop computer, very easy to setup and has super speed and storage. Slight problem with the video card crashing and recovering about 3 or 4 time a day.

Picked up this Desktop on Sale and it was all that I expected for a great price. I was replacing an i5 desktop and the i7 chip in this model, with 12 Gb RAM and the hybrid SSD was a nice upgrade. I did have to upgrade the Power Supply to accept the Graphics card , but honestly could have been just fine with the built in graphics.

Bought this to replace a stolen workplace desktop. Did the research to find a relatively FAST workhorse of a machine, and this one seems to be doing the job in a grand way. It is very QUIET, with enough bells and whistles to make it worthwhile.

This is still new. Who doesn't like that? The system got stuck on the OS update, but a few reboots later and it finally got past whatever it was getting stuck on. You do not have to wait for anything. Click it, it's there. System boots like a tablet, you barely see the logo. Added a nice HD monitor(Also Asus) and they dance together. I have not figured out why the bios says numbers lock is on on boot when it's not, but that's only one thing for me to trip over. Streaming and playing online game on the same screen, that one gig video seems to hold up. This is my first HD experience for a PC so I am a little bit in awe. There was an audio delay with bluetooth. Changed the driver from realtek to Microsoft generic, fixed that. So far I love it with a only a few reservations.

Bought the ASUS gaming BB had to offer and it was horrible. This one comes with better processor and more memory. I just bought a better video card and installed and its now way above ASUS gaming PC BB has. I recommend this with the additional gaming card purchase. Great for business too.

I was replacing a computer whose mother board failed while one of the Geek Squad was in my home trying to fix my relatively new computer.. Fortunately, the memory was not harmed. I selected the Asus because I had a basically new drive that played both DVD's and Blueray and I wanted to switch it out into the new computer. Once everything was loaded the operating system malfunctioned--Edge. I had to take it back in and have everything erased and have Windows 10 reloaded along with all my programs. The Geek Squad was great; the verdict is still our on the computer.

This computer is super fast with more storage than most people will need, all at a cost of several hundred dollars less than other brands with comparable features. You can not go wrong with this one.

This desktop has worked well for me. My only complaint is that it had Windows 10 installed, which I absolutely hate. The system is fast, boots quickly and does most of what I want it to do when Windows 10 is not interfering.

the unit is easy to use, but I'm working out some kinks. Not sure if my issues are related to the computer itself, or a software glitch. Have a tech person assisting me with this.

Good price, performance, and easy to set up. I would recommend this desktop pc.

I'd gone through 3 "small form factor" desktop computers from 3 different major manufacturers, all of which failed within 2 years. From a business perspective, that's not a good investment. I knew they were all driven by laptop motherboards, but I didn't realize that they really should have been shut down at the end of each day. I'm told by a Geek Squad member that this is probably why they all failed. Those motherboards weren't designed for "always on" use. With that in mind, I purchased a true desktop, the ASUS M32 series. Thus far I've had a superior experience with it. No hardware or software glitches; everything works as it's supposed to; and the hardware features meet my needs for business use. So far the only negative with this machine compared to the previous 3 is that it takes up more room on the desk surface. I can easily live with that if it lasts more than 2 years.

The ASUS has performed as the Best Buy sales person assured me it would. It is faster than my former desktop and quiet. Easy to hook up to my other equipment once I had the appropriate connections.

The ASUS M32CD-B09 model has good specs for the price, and has the potential of being a descent gaming rig by adding a graphics card and upgrading power supply if one wanted to take that route.

This is a very powerful and extremely quiet computer. It boots up very fast and is ready to work in just moments. I highly recommend it.

This is a great computer for a very fair price. It's fast, easy to configure and a rock solid performer.

I utilize two screens and am running 35-50 browser tabs simultaneously at any given time at a minimum. This computer keeps up. If something comes up and I need to act quickly, the computer responds instantly, high speed, low drag greatness and $ is made. Cheers to ASUS.

So far it has been great, I upgraded from a quad core and this machine blows it away. I did upgrade the graphics card to one with a little more ram. before that I did try the HDMI that is integrated and it worked pretty well for a integrated card. I also added another T hard drive for back up. With 2Ts and the first one the ssd hybrid should be set for a couple of years. Technology grows so fast.

Asus - Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 1TB+8GB Hybrid Hard Drive - Gray Zips right along with most tasks, web-surfing, casual photo-editing, can run multiple programs at once, good storage. Functions beautifully.
