• This system came with 12 GB. Two sticks, one 8 GB, one 4 GB DDR4. There are only two slots.

• It does come with 12Gb of RAM and is expandable to 16Gb. There is a seal/sticker on the tower door/panel and if broken will void warranty so may want to wait a bit before accessing.
