“Has anyone tried upgrading the system RAM? All I keep reading is that it can take up 16GB DDR4. I purchased the PNY Anarchy 16 GB DDR4 RAM set from Best Buy and the computer wouldn't boot up. Any suggestions?”

I had this issue with my computer. You cannot mix the OEM RAM with the new PNY RAM. Either use one OR the other and you should experience no problem. I put PNY Anarchy in every slot and it works fine...
