Yes, absolutely! You'd be hard pressed to find a tower where that kind of thing isn't upgradeable. You may be limited by the Power Supply Wattage though on the video card so mind that if you choose to upgrade.

Many desktop computers are able to be modified to your liking. With that said, please be aware that modifications may void any manufacturer warranty ASUS has in place.
