QuestionDoes it support the use of more than one xbox360I have had issues in the past where I could not use more than one xbox 360 at the same time in order to play online. I would have issues with one of the NAT to be open and the other NAT for the other xbox would be moderate or strict. I have since had added another xbox 360 and now have 3 in the same house. I am currently using a DLINK Gamerlounge and have no issues with the NAT but its wireless is failing and I have to keep resetting my router and modem in order for the wireless to continue to work so I want to replace it.

QuestionDoes it support MAC address filtering?I am unsure if this is a stupid question because of WPAetc. Maybe with WPA there is no need for MAC addrs filter?

- Answer Yes, this router does support MAC address filtering. On the router configuration page select the Firewall tab and then click MAC Filtering.

- Answer Asus RT-N56U Dual-Band Gigabit Wireless-N Router its a WPS Router. However there is a developers community trying to make a DD-WRT firmware for the N56U. You may trying Google it since I can't post URLs in these answers.

- Answer As long as you have a modem, the router should connect with little problems. However be sure to consult charter internet directly when you install it. I do know that people do have a hassle setting up various routers to correctly access the supplied Charter Internet Modems, and others that hook up with no problems what so ever.

- Answer It is only specific to Cable Modems. DOCSIS an acronym for Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification. The modem features this DOCSIS II or III standard. The Asus Dual-Band router would just spread the access of the modem to multiple devices.
