- Answer Yes but you'll have to use the online versions of Office. You cannot install office directly on this chromebook.

- Answer The ChromeBook Flip does have a backlit keyboard and you can control the brightness by holding on ATL + Brightness Up or Down.

- Answer Yes, you can remap keys with the included software to setup any kind of config you want. I set 1,2,3 to media control buttons and 4-0 to different keyboard lighting configs depending on my mood -- 0 is set to off! Completely customizable!

QuestionI have a Toshiba satellite now. I run windows 10 and use it for navigating my boat. I store nautical charts and use and interactive program (OpenCPN) to run them It is used off line and the chart files alone are 2.03GB. Will this chromebook do this job?
