A:AnswerMine did not have a hard copy manual. There may be digital copy in there some place. I haven't tried to find it. I plugged a lan cable into mine before turning it on. Seemed to update just fine. I don't remember having to inter any window Keys.

A:AnswerYou will always be limited by your lowest setting when it comes to internet and wireless. If on one end your wireless router can only dish out 10mb download but you computer can receive 1gb downloads, you will only get the 10mb speed. It will negotiate the speed according to the weakest link. If you want speed your going to have to find a different solution for your internet. If your stuck with your internet then I would seriously limit my computers open windows to one at any given time including internet browser tabs.
