QuestionMy unit locks up 2 to 3 times a day for no reason. I have to power off and restart each time. Support told me to clear and re-install windows but to no avail. is this a hardware issue or a software glitch??

- Answer I had a similar issue, found that after updates it had activated a free-trial anti-virus that was fighting with windows defender. I uninstalled the free trial program and haven't had an issue since.

- Answer No, the only way to get this mouse, is to buy the computer itself, but you can find lots of other mice that are better, and for very cheap.

QuestionI recently purchased this PC and for some reason it is not detecting neither of the monitors that I have plugged into it. One monitor was HDMI and the other was VGA. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions for this because I have no idea what to do.Thank!

QuestionIn looking at the back panel shot, I only see 1 digital monitor slot. Does this support multiple monitors? I suppose I could swap in my R9 380 but I really don't want to start pulling pieces out of a brand new PC.

- Answer I'm running 2 - Dell 24" S2415H monitors using HDMI and a Dell 24" 2405FPW using DVI-D... It runs all 3 monitors with no problem using the Nvidia GTX 1060.....

QuestionMy wireless connections keeps dropping/low signal. I cant even play Team Fortress/CounterStrike without LAG or dropping. Run a Speedtest.net and clocking in around 34-37 Mbps, my laptop and other desktop clocking in at 60+ Mbps on my AC wireless router

QuestionJust bought the computer and I have noticed video playback stutters. When I finished playing WoW the machine locked up for about 30 seconds. And surfing the web seems kinda of slow. Could this all be related to the i5 chip?

- Answer Looks like it could be both, could be automatic switching because there is not switch on the back to change voltage. Look at the picture I'm including and see for yourself.
