• Yes, it comes with Windows in S mode, but you can switch to Windows 10 Home for free. However, once switched, you cannot switch back to S mode.

• It does come with S mode. It is free to take it out of S mode. You just go into the Microsoft store and search for Windows 10 home edition. You can also go in through settings and it will guide you through the steps.
