Usually every 2 weeks there is stock.

No, unless you are extremely lucky you will be unable to procure any new GPUs with half-measured attempts. (e.g. normal attempts like pulling up a website and ordering) To have any chance at all you need to be keyed in to stock alerts and then immediately attempt to beat everyone else plus stock bots that constantly check for inventory. May the odds be ever in your favor.
