QuestionDoes this device have a fingerprint scanner? Windows Hello wanted me to set up log in via fingerprint, but I cannot see where a fingerprint scanner is on this device. Does it have one?

QuestionI noticed that through best buy only the laptop and charger are included, while on the asus website an extra sleeve and stylus pen are included. Does anyone know the exact stylus that is compatible so I can just buy it separately? thanks :)

- Answer From my understanding, this laptop uses MPP protocol, so any stylus that utilizes this protocol should be compatible. Contacting ASUS support, they said that the ASUS pen is compatible. You can go to their website and order it directly from them

- Answer It does not. Either USB-C works for charging! I don't use a docking station, as I have just enough ports for everything I need, so I cannot answer that question.

- Answer Yes, the ROG Flow X13 includes a touchscreen display for both the 120hz 1080p panel as well as the 4k 60hz panel. The ASUS website says that, 'ASUS Stylus and laptop sleeve included with purchase', but this not be the case for purchases through Best Buy. You could always buy a stylus separately as this laptop does support pen input

QuestionIt recently ran out of battery and despite being plugged in and indicating charging, it wouldn't turn on. Then it stopped indicating charging. I can hear things whirring inside when I press buttons sometimes, but I'm lost as to how to deal with this.

- Answer I was facing the same issues. Restarting and launching armory crate and scanning hardware helped me resolve this issue. Hope the same works for you!

- Answer Try reinstalling the video driver posted at: https://rog.asus.com/laptops/rog-flow/2021-rog-flow-x13-series/helpdesk_download/. If Windows, drivers and BIOS are up to date and still no GPU detected, we recommend taking the laptop to the nearest BestBuy location to have it check

- Answer You can play any title game and get very good performance for a low end gaming laptop, the 3050ti is actually very surprising. However the screen brightness is not the best and play time off the power supply is only about 2-4 hours depending on GPU demand.

- Answer No, it doesn't have a MUX Switch, it utilizes Optimus technology where it defaults from the integrated GPU and automatically switch to the discreet RTX 3050 Ti GPU if more graphics processing power is required or needed.
