I unfortunately don't have an Android phone to try this, but I do have a Switch OLED and iPad Pro. HDMI out does not work for either device. Charging does work fine, however.

Please try again later.The current latest firmware update (releases 5/24/24) for this dock says "This package optimizes the compatibility of the ROG Gaming Charger Dock to support a wider range of USB-C devices, including the Nintendo Switch." Source: https://rog.asus.com/power-protection-gadgets/chargers-and-adapters/rog-gaming-charger-dock/helpdesk_bios/ I would expect you could update the dock using any Windows device that you connect via Usb C, but I'm not sure.
