• One is not provided. I was kinda angry. I assume they think you're going to use the charger that came with your device

• Yes, this ASUS Bulwark DG300 dock needs a separate USB-C power supply that connects to the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port to provide full power and charging to your device, but one is not included with the dock.
