• Windows 10 home is included. I have not yet upgraded to 32GB of memory but I did add a 1TB SSD. It wasn't too difficult.

• Mine came with Windows 10 Home 64bit, haven't upgraded the memory yet but plan on doing that & adding another hdd inside
