Are the ports HDMI 2.0 for 4K output? null

I do 4k output even with the standard HDMI outputs.

Although there is no specific call for 4K, the Asus Strix GeForce 1070 shows a digital max resolution of 7680 x 4320 which I assume is more than enough to support 4K. The spec says the card is optimized for VR and I don't know if that has any impact. Hope that helps.
