• A:Answer I have this desktop. I don't play fortnite but I can tell you for fortnite it would depend almost entirely on the Rendering mode game setting you use. Anywhere from up to 300fps in performance mode, down to 80-120fps in directx 12 high fidelity mode. I run around 180 fps in war thunder, and 120fps in call of duty warzone, and It all depends on the game settings used.

• A:Answer Yes. Definitely. This will run MSFS well on a 1080 or 1440p monitor. If you have a 4K monitor you might want to look at computers with a higher end graphics card.
