While there is probably enough room at the front of the case for a 240mm AIO cooler, the case does not look like it is set up well for one to be installed. This is not a standard ATX case so there are no mounting points for the radiator on the top or front of the case. You may be able to find a way to mount an AIO, but you would be better off getting a good air cooler since the i7-9700f CPU is only a 65W chip.
