The battery of this model unit can last up to 6 hours.Please be advised that the battery life varies by configuration, operating conditions, and other factors. Maximum battery capacity decreases with time and use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about 8 hours but it does last a good long while on battery if you set it to low power mode. There are probably some more settings I could play with that might increase the battery life. There are some ROG apps that come with the OS that might help also but I haven't played around with those much yet.
