“Is this model compatible to have a a 2nd Hard drive SSD if i want to add one in later or is it a single bay drive? i saw the other model with 128 gb but it was too much money extra”

I checked this out with the Geek Squad at Best Buy as I was also hoping to add an SSD drive in addition to my 1 TB drive. I was advised I could not do this due to the fact the laptop only had a single bay drive. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This laptop has one 2.5" hard drive bay, and one M.2 slot. If you get a 2.5" SSD you'll have to take out the stock hard drive. If you get a M.2 SSD you can keep the stock drive in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Other bay is an M.2 bay, but yes, you can add M.2 drive to it (I can't tell you whether this is covered by warranty or not, but I did it). I added a 500GB Samsung EVO 850 and it's running like a champ.
