“I want to game with an external monitor. Its hooked up to the asus 1080p 144hz monitor via TB3 to DP cable. Laptop is recognizing monitor and running it off the gpu at the full 144hz. Problem:games default to laptop screen frames slow to 3p/s HELP!”

• Most times this can be resolved by making the monitor your main display. Full screen applications usually default to the main desktop, which in this case is likely your laptop.
