A:AnswerHi, it comes with a single 16GB DDR4 module that runs at 2,400MHz, so it runs on single channel. I would recommend you to add another 16GB stick or swap it with two 8GB sticks at 2,400MHz so you can have dual channel and improve the CPU's gaming performance.
A:Answerif it is ,You have to remove the bottom 8 screws....I am not sure..I have only seen pictures of them apart..never opened it yet .I don't own the other ram stick to put in yet..so,I can only say it is inside the machine...it does not seem to be the type that wants to be removed....

A:AnswerIf you update the BIOS to the latest version it has virtualization. A lot of people bought this laptop for programming or CAD work. Also, be sure to update all the drivers to the latest version.

I am not sure if best buy uses pay in advance,but it wouldn't hurt to try.
