- Answer No Thunderbolt onboard as this is not an Intel laptop. You get two USB-A 3 ports, two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports (one with PD and DP), HDMI 2.0, barrel jack, and headphone/mic combo jack.

QuestionWe purchased an additional monitor but the laptop is not detecting it. We tried it on an older laptop and it worked so it has to be something with this laptop. Is there any settings that I need to change? We have it hooked up with an hdmi cable.

QuestionCan I install a second SSD?

- Answer There is no room for another ssd. No sata ports on the inside, just a single m.2 and ram slots (only on 16gb ram version). I believe the 8gb ram version has it soldered on. This laptop is incredibly slim and light for a gaming laptop. If you need the upgraded storage, you'd either have to use an external, or upgrade the current NVMe.

- Answer If you send it in using Best Buy/Geek Squad for service covered by normal limited 1 year defect coverage....yes. 1 year from whatever your receipt says. Could also add one of the protection plans if you wanted. Through ASUS directly.....possibly? Would have to check with ASUS directly with the serial number of the individual computer.

- Answer Unlikely, the color choice is extremely limited by supply. The G15 is available in the eclipse grey, but that comes with an increase in cost.
