Best buy has no restock fees.. Alot of buyers like to buy, try it, return and buy something else. I bought open box excellent and it was basically new...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well some users have reported issues with their speakers, so there's that. However, with so many new laptop models coming out, a lot of people might be just returning them so they can get something they'll like better. I'm very happy with mine.
