“So how do you turn on dynamic boost on this laptop? I go in nvidia control panel , under manage 3d setting,global setting and i dont see dynamic boost of any kind. please help”

The dynamic boost on the laptop will turn on automatically or dynamically when the CPU is running below 30 watts.
