“Anyone else see that brightness on this laptop is very low even on 100% brightness? I compared with monitors - Asus VZ249HE(rated 250 cd/m2) and Lenovo 24P10(rated 300 cd/m2), both were brighter than this laptop. Any other tips to increase brightness?”

Reinstall windows or display drivers. Should be around 340 to 350 cd/m2 as I and other reviewers have measured.
