It's not just you! It promises a lot of power and looks great, but suffers from some serious issues: the sort of stuff that really feels like it shouldn't come up at this price point. I can't speak for anyone else, but mine suffers from some *intense* coil whine and makes a whole host of other noises it most certainly shouldn't. If you get one without the problems I imagine it's a great computer. But based on some cursory googling and forum-browsing, lemons seem to be the norm for this model. Pretty disappointed, ngl.
