• Yes, you can use VR with this laptop.

• It depends. This laptop doesn’t have DisplayPort capability, so Valve Index and Oculus Rift won’t work. But Oculus Quest works, using Oculus Link and Virtual Desktop and a proper USB-C 3 cord
