QuestionSome of the reviews stated that they did not receive a charger with the product. Is it not included? It will be helpful if you can clear what will be included with the laptop. e:g: Charger, Earphone, Carrying Bag etc...

- Answer This works amazingly well for designers. I use Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, After effects and Premiere Pro, the screen and refresh rate are incredible as well. But it is recommended to keep it plugged in since, battery life might be an issue.

QuestionSays in the description display is QHD 16:10 (2560X1440) 165HZ IPS display. Can I confirm this? I'm seeing other 2023 models that are QHD+ 16:10 (2560 x 1600, WQXGA) 165Hz IPS. Is there any difference?

- Answer This model has a 16:10 resolution ratio. Therefore it is 2560 x 1600. If it says otherwise, that is Best Buy typo, of which there are no lots.

- Answer Although not the absolute best (Apple Macbooks probably beat it at 2x to 5x the price), many reviewers claim it to be one of the best sounding built-in speaker systems. It has two tweeters and two woofers facing up. Also depending on type of audio you can tweak the sound processing algorithm in the control panel, and one reviewer stated that one of those settings made it sound even better.

QuestionIt seems like this model has G-sync, is it so? How to enable it? From the Nvidia control panel I do not see "Display" section.

- Answer trip the mux switch go nvidia gfx ONLY via Nvidia control pan, or armory crate the "ULTIMATE option" then go back to the nvidia control pan....you now see TONS of options.

- Answer You can't mix mathch ddr 5 with anything other than ddr 5. The system will match the slowest speed of RAM installed I think but it runs a 16 GB of ddr5 at 4800mghz. Best Buy has sales on RAM all the time I bought a stick stick that matches for 40 dollars.

QuestionI see that this does not have the AniMe Matrix however I'm seeing some photos from other users (and in product photos) the back of the lid is at least lighting up with RGB. Does this model come with RGB lighting on the lid/top case?
