• Actually that's incorrect. ASUS has exclusivity rights for 6 months for the HS versions. Everyone else can have the H version.

• You will only see the 4000HS(35W) models from Asus as they have acquired its right this year. You will see more Laptops from other manufacturers later this year with 4000U (15W) and 4000H(45W) models from other manufacturers later this year. There is also a Dell G5 SE coming out...
