- Answer Yes, the laptop has a pair of internal speakers. If audio is not coming out, please verify inside Settings that the correct output device was selected and volume is not muted.

- Answer I have no answer for you so sorry about the product availability, I also ran into the same problem, called tech support and essentially you're just giving best buy your $1500 to hold just in case there is a laptop in the warehouse. Absolutely ridiculous.

- Answer The asus zephyrus g15 15.3inch gaming laptop does not have a MUX switch. They should try but I don’t think they will add a mux switch to all of their devices
