• A:Answer No. The RAM cannot be replaced or upgraded. Only the SSD storage can be replaced/upgraded. This Laptop allows for 2 SSD cards. One comes with the laptop. And the other slot is empty. You can add a second one and/or replace the first one. Max capacity of each SSD is 4GB

You can get a 30-40 dollar first time discount plus 1-4% off by going to the Best Buy website through this www.rakuten.com/r/DEADLE55?eeid=28187 Depending on the time of year, the discounts can be even better.
