QuestionHow would I go about upgrading my 1 TB SSD to something larger for this specific laptop? I'm fairly inexperienced so is it complicated/risky? If so do big complies like Micro center or Asus upgrade your laptop for a price? Thanks a lot if you answered!

- Answer No it doesn't. We would recommend a desktop system for that use case, but please note that the RTX 2070 supports a maximum digital resolution of 7680 x 4320. Four concurrent displays may exceed that resolution.

- Answer To ASUS: The "international warranty coverage country list" I found is in nowhere but the *VERY* U.S. ASUS warranty website for this unit: https://rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-m15-series/helpdesk_warranty/ . If this unit does not have international warranty at all, that document should have no business of being there at all. Well, unless you mean the M15 GU502 sold by BestBuy does not have international warranty, but they may have international warranty sold elsewhere.

QuestionI picked this up today and charged it to 100% before first use. I checked the battery status and at 98% it is showing remaining battery life is showing to be only 2 hours 20 minutes. Battery setting is set to Better Battery.

- Answer Don't know if you worked this out or not but I have the same issues as you...Full charge and the battery only lasts 2 hours. I was told by ASUS support to do a battery recalibration. Basically drain the battery completely, then charge it to 100% while it is off. Then drain the battery again and charge one final time. I am half way through the process so I don't know it is works or not but worth a shot.

QuestionMy fans on turbo mode, at first they go up in speed (8000RPM) for 2 mins after that, the fans decrease their speed (6500rpm). This is all fine, but at 96 temperature the fans should be at 8000RPM right? But its not, its stable at 6500 rpm.

- Answer Yeah turbo mode thinks that’s a stable speed to run under high load, you could set a manual curve if you want 8000 at those temperatures but I haven’t tried those settings yet . I undevolted mine to -75 mV and that has decreased CPU temp quite a bit while increasing performance, haven’t had is single crash from it.
