“Looking towards buying the m16 , but I have seen a lot of buyer reviews claiming the top bezel is loose. Can anyone tell me why did this occur? Is it fixable? Does it harm my device in any way in the long run or short term?”

Mine does have the top bezel a bit loose. It is near the camera on both sides so my guess is it's loose because of how they fit the camera in there, but that is just a guess. It probably is fixable but i doubt this will cause any harm to the device
