“I’m confused. Several people have asked about RAM specifications for this laptop, ASUS answers conflict with each other. One is 2399 DDR4 SODIMMs and then up to 16 gb max. The other 3200 DDR4 SODIMMs with max of 32 gb. Which is right?”

This unit supports up to 32 GB total, 16 GB per slot. Frequency is not guaranteed on aftermarket SO-DIMMs but the supported frequency at stock is 2933Mhz.
