A:AnswerM.2 SSDs come in two forms, NVMe and SATA. The form factor is the same, but the data transfer protocol is different. This machine only supports M.2 NVMe drives. Yes, the 256GB SSD is in the M.2 slot.
A:AnswerYou should expect between 1650 and 1660ti levels of performance. 3rd party benchmarks can be found here. https://www.techspot.com/review/1928-fortnite-chapter-2-benchmarks/
A:AnswerIt will handlle either game with the minimum required specs as an easy internet search will tell you, but it does not meet the recommended specs for either. These are both new games and they are huge in size as well size memory hogs. The 8GB of RAM falls short of the 12gb or 16gb recommended respectively. COD suggests a whopping 175gb of hard drive space for all game modes which is honestly the biggest ive heard of for a game. It does say 50gb is required for multiplayer only. Running the newest games with any kind of high performance requres a substantial investment and I would suggest maybe a desktop or gaming platform (ps5 or xbox) to be economicallly more viable if brand new games and high performance on a budget are what you seek.
TLDR yes but the performace will be fairly low and sacrifices will be made in game settings. This is a great entry gaming laptop for the price but those titles arent kind to computers.
