- Answer No, there is no 2.5" ssd slot, there is another slot for an nvme ssd but not a 2.5" ssd. There isn't even a wiring harness for the 2.5" ssd.

- Answer Yes, there is a secondary RAM slot available to upgrade it to 16GB. As long as the RAM is a non-ECC and unbuffered DDR4-3200 SODIMM, regardless of the brand, it will be compatible with the laptop.

- Answer No, the laptop cannot be charged through the Thuderbolt 4 port, it can only be charged using the supplied AC adapter.

- Answer According to what's printed on my power brick, yes...100-240VAC, 50-60Hz. Mine only came with the mouse-ear cord for the US power plug, but if you have one for 240v 50Hz, I would think it would work fine.

- Answer I've had mine since June, and I game with it plugged in all the time. The power management as it come out of the box severely limits your FPS when on battery to try to save the very limited life it has.

- Answer The BIOS is very, very locked down. However, the RAM is set to default at 3200 megahertz. The team group 16 gb kit i installed in mine ran at 3200 automatically.

QuestionJust brought it and I charged battery when I unplug it. It says only 1hr left the graphics look weak like dull is there some type of settings? Or do I need to take it back?

- Answer Make sure the 'Battery Saver' isn't enabled - I think it is enabled by default, and stops charging the battery at 60% to increase the lifetime of the battery. Disable that and charge to 100% before giving up on it, then you'll at least have a better idea about whether there's something really wrong. I don't have any display issues, even at 60%, but I have the Performance profile selected - so it doesn't dim/turn off the display to save battery.
