Will this adapter work and stream to the bluetooth speakers. I also already have a sound system hooked up to the computer "wired" will i have to un hook it to use.”

If your bluetooth speakers support 2.1, then yes, the USB-BT211 will do what you want it to as long as they can see each other. They should be able to pair so that you can stream, but if the distance is too far or if there are too many objects in the way (walls/shelves/etc.) they won't see each other to pair.
