• A:Answer Yes. The RAM is upgradeable as the laptops features two memory slots (one being used up by the 16GB RAM module). It supports up to 64GB of RAM with the supported speeds being 5600 MHz. So you could just drop in another stick of 16GB of RAM, if you wanted 32 at the very least or put two sticks of 32GB of RAM in both slots for a total of 64.

Q: QuestionIs the screen shiny or does it have a matte finish to reduce reflections? I have two Vivobooks and one has a shiny OLED that I do not like. Anti-glare is my favorite kind, but I don't see that in the specifications.
