You can use Crucial memory. I know that works. The spec is DDR4 3200 SODIMM. You can confirm this using the Crucial site and plugging in this ASUS model. You would replace the removeable 4GB with an 8GB. The system max is 16GB and there is 8GB soldered on board so just use the 8GB to replace the 4GB. By the way there is a piece of protective tape on the 4GB chip, so remove that and put the tape on your new 8GB chip and then install it.
