you can not download anything that does not come from the Micro soft store. This is called the S-mode. It's suppose to be a security feature. But it can be turn off to allow installation of non MS software.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That’s crazy that this thing comes in S-Mode as it has the same CPU (pretty much) as the Zephyrus laptop of 2 years ago (albeit a bit lite on RAM). Even crazier that Best Buy would put nowhere in the description that is’s limited to S-Mode unless you convert it to Home mode. Sometimes I wonder how Best Buy sells any computers at all, given their incompetence. I guess the saving grace is customers like us that help fill in the info gaps.
