“will this work with 1- 16gb in the place of the 4gb to make it 24 gb memory total?”

• According to Crucial website, when you input this model, it says it can upgrade to 24GB. Says (1) non removable 8GB slot and (1) removable slot. However... Asus representative has answered someone else's question inquiring about RAM. They said only 16 GB max. I'm curious as well, what it is?
