For RAM grab a Crucial 16G45FRA32A or similar 16 GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM stick that will bring you to 24 GB and eliminate RAM as source of slowness. Actually the iGPU should be fast enough to get you to 45 Hz at least, but 60 Hz may or may not be doable based on quality settings. No GPU upgrade feasible.
