Yes. The AMD Ryzen 7 3700U processor has AMD-V extensions built-in, so you don't even have to enable it at the BIOS level. As a matter of fact, the option won't even show in the BIOS like for other processors. You may verify this information here: https://en.wikichip.org/wiki/amd/ryzen_7/3700u
